shipping & returns

Shipping (Currently we only ship domestic orders to the U.S.)

We currently ship via USPS. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please allow ~5-7 business days to make your order.

Our shipping days are Mon-Wed. Candles are very time sensitive and fragile especially during the summer so we recommend you upgrade shipping to priority. During the hot season, we add in insulation bubble wraps along with frozen gel packs for extra protection. However, if your candle arrives broken or melted please send us a photo and we’ll happily replace it for you.

Free Shipping for all U.S. order over $99

Please be sure to check your shipping address once your order had been confirmed. Nabi & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Any “return to sender” packages that incur due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.

Returns/Refunds

Unfortunately at this stage we do not refund or do returns. All sales are final.

Damaged Packages

If your candle happens to arrive broken or damaged, please email shop.nabiandco@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged candle within 7 days of receiving it. Nabi & Co. is not responsible for the misuse of our products.
